Tucked quietly on Kenmare Street, De Maria is an all-day café, bar, and restaurant is already beloved by the Instagram and general aesthetic-loving crowds. Come for the chickpea fritters and stay for the craft cocktails.

Chef Masa Takayama will be opening yet another fan favorite (ok, maybe we’re being presumptuous, but it’s a pretty safe bet) in the form of a bi-level Japanese restaurant in the heart of TriBeCa.

After an unfortunate kitchen fire that resulted in its closing last year, Mas (farmhouse) will return valiantly in the same space under the guiding hand of Chef Galen Zamarra. Guests can expect the same hearty, exciting French-American fare for which its previous iteration was so well known.
