On m'a montr\u00e9 comment aller et s'arr\u00eater (les frites pour aller, la pizza pour s'arr\u00eater). J'ai d\u00e9val\u00e9 la pente en ligne droite. Je n'ai pas eu peur. Pas de douleur apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs d\u00e9cennies (et quelques blessures) plus tard, une descente en montagne n'est pas aussi simple. J'ai d\u00e9couvert qu'il fallait une pr\u00e9paration physique s\u00e9rieuse.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que New-Yorkais tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9s, les week-ends de ski et de snowboard peuvent nous laisser avec des muscles tendus et un dos douloureux. Une bonne routine d'entra\u00eenement avant la saison de ski peut faire toute la diff\u00e9rence. Vous n'aurez pas \u00e0 risquer de vous blesser ou \u00e0 souffrir des douleurs habituelles. Voici trois de mes exercices pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s pour \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 affronter le diamant noir.<\/p>\n<p><em>**Commencez \u00e0 effectuer vos exercices hors montagne 2 \u00e0 4 fois par semaine au moins un mois avant votre premi\u00e8re sortie en montagne. <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Abducteur de hanche en position couch\u00e9e sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Cet exercice se concentre sur les fessiers et les fl\u00e9chisseurs de la hanche \u00e0 l'avant et \u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re de la cavit\u00e9 de la hanche et est excellent pour renforcer la force et la stabilit\u00e9 du genou. Il active les grands, petits et moyens fessiers afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'\u00e9quilibre et de pr\u00e9venir les douleurs lombaires.<\/p>\n<p>Allongez-vous sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9, la t\u00eate soutenue, les genoux tendus et les pieds joints. Soulevez votre jambe sup\u00e9rieure de votre jambe inf\u00e9rieure aussi haut que possible sans faire rouler votre bassin vers l'arri\u00e8re. Revenez \u00e0 la position de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n<p>Commencez par trois s\u00e9ries de 60 secondes chacune au sol. Ensuite, changez de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour travailler l'autre jambe. Il est possible de progresser en ajoutant de la r\u00e9sistance ou des poids.<\/p>\n<h2>Torsades russes<\/h2>\n<p>Cet exercice sp\u00e9cifique au tronc est id\u00e9al pour d\u00e9velopper les muscles obliques dont vous aurez besoin \u00e0 chaque fois que vous prendrez un virage sur la montagne. Ce mouvement est tr\u00e8s utile pour d\u00e9valer les bosses.<\/p>\n<p>Asseyez-vous sur le sol et penchez-vous l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vers le haut en pliant les genoux et les hanches \u00e0 un angle de 90 degr\u00e9s. Saisissez un halt\u00e8re ou une plaque de poids et tenez-le avec les bras pli\u00e9s loin de votre poitrine. Les pieds d\u00e9coll\u00e9s du sol, engagez votre tronc et faites pivoter le haut de votre corps aussi loin que possible vers la droite, en touchant le sol avec l'halt\u00e8re. Revenez au centre, puis tournez de l'autre c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition correspond \u00e0 une torsion de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Faites trois s\u00e9ries de 10 \u00e0 20 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions.<\/p>\n<h2>Sauts lat\u00e9raux sur une jambe<\/h2>\n<p>Les sauts lat\u00e9raux sur une jambe sont utilis\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper l'int\u00e9rieur et l'ext\u00e9rieur de la cuisse, la force lat\u00e9rale du genou, ainsi que la coordination g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui est n\u00e9cessaire dans presque tous les aspects du ski.<\/p>\n<p>Placez-vous sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 d'un c\u00f4ne ou d'une ligne. Pour vous mettre en position de d\u00e9part, tenez-vous sur une jambe, le genou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pli\u00e9. Pour commencer, sautez lat\u00e9ralement par-dessus le c\u00f4ne ou la ligne. Atterrissez sur votre jambe de saut et rebondissez imm\u00e9diatement en sautant pour revenir \u00e0 la position de d\u00e9part.<br \/>\nContinuez \u00e0 sauter d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 l'autre.<\/p>\n<p>Effectuez 10 allers-retours sur un pied, puis changez de pied et effectuez 10 allers-retours sur l'autre pied. Continuez \u00e0 alterner les pieds apr\u00e8s chaque 10 sauts en avant et en arri\u00e8re. Chaque s\u00e9rie de 10 sauts correspond \u00e0 une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition. Faites deux s\u00e9ries de 2 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions sur chaque jambe.<\/p>\n<p>Il n'est jamais trop t\u00f4t (ou trop tard...) pour commencer \u00e0 s'entra\u00eener en vue de la saison de ski.
