LIVunLtd traces its roots to Health Systems Group, founded in 1978. The LIVunLtd brand launched in 2017 after Abigail Michaels Concierge and American Leisure merged, and it has since grown through acquisitions, most recently Advantage Sport & Fitness in 2025. Since 2021, LIVunLtd has been the exclusive Life Fitness distributor in Canada. The company can join a project at any phase, from pre-development consulting through equipment, staffing, and day-to-day operations, which gives clients one partner accountable for the whole lifecycle of the space. Its stated purpose is "to inspire and create happier and healthier moments."
