2. What were you doing before working at LIVunLtd?
I have a long history of working in the Arts coupled with over 24 years of fitness training experience that includes working with several prominent fitness companies in New York. I also have seven years experience working with visually impaired people and two years of American Sign Language studies. As well as standing tall with my professional commitment to continuing education for both the trainer and the client, enabling successful improvement in health and fitness lifestyles through ongoing positive change.
3. What can I expect from you in class and in the gym?
Whatever your present state of fitness may be, my training sessions will provide you with a positive, professional and personally supportive program enabling you to achieve your physical fitness goals. An exercise program will be designed to meet your specific needs and will be accompanied by the philosophy of positive progressive training. My classes and workshops are both informative and challenging exercise.
4. What are you doing when you are not teaching or training?
I enjoy many things in the Arts + Fitness worlds as well as traveling.
5. What is your guilty pleasure?
Going to the movies in the middle of a weekday afternoon between fitness appointments and sneaking in my own healthy food.
