2. What were you doing before working at LIVunLtd?
After I graduated from Mode Fashion School in Tokyo, I worked as an apparel designer and manufacturer of custom made clothing.
3. What can I expect from you in class and in the gym?
You will receive knowledge on how to move your body dynamically, but safely. Playful practice of traction action (with props) will bring space and ease to your body/mind.
4. What are you doing when you are not teaching or training?
I’m relaxing or reading my favorite books and cooking.
5. What is your guilty pleasure?
Shoes shopping.
