The team behind Soothr has opened up another tasteful Thai restaurant nestled in the West Village. Highlighting the train market and street food style of Thailand in the 1950s to 1960s, Sappe offers maximalist cocktails, spicy salads, and fresh off the grill skewers.

From the chefs behind Cervo’s , Eel Bar is somewhere between an Iberian wine bar and a full-blown restaurant.
